How these are found
Each eclipse is found by the app's engine and checked against NASA's Five Millennium Canon of eclipses (Espenak and Meeus): every eclipse from 2001 to 2100 on the canon's date and of its kind, the peak within 15 seconds. A lunar eclipse is the same moment everywhere and is seen where the Moon is above the horizon during it; a solar eclipse's greatest on Earth is where its shadow falls most centrally, and each city's own kind, share of the Sun covered and time of greatest eclipse are given beside it. The Sutak and the rules for observing a grahana are each tradition's and are not given here.
